Disclaimer: Stellar Graphics will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the files you supply us, we print what you give us. Stellar Graphics will not be held responsible for the colour reproduction of your photographs. Colours vary from computer to computer. It is your responsibility to colour correct your photos and ensure that the resolution of those photos is of a high standard.
Apple’s iPhoto program will warn you if the image is not suitable for printing by showing a warning symbol which is a black exclamation mark contained inside a yellow triangle. We can print these photos at an inferior resolution, however it is entirely at your own risk, and we will not be held liable for the results.
Checking your PhotoBook: When we receive your book we assume that the PDF of your book is setup correctly.We check your file only to ensure that your file will actually print what you have sent to us. We do not check the content of your book.
Artwork: This process involves placing up to a maximum of 50 photos for a 20 page book, and 100 photos for a 40 page book. All photos you supply must be saved as Jpegs and numbered from 1 to 50 as the filenames i.e. 1.jpg etc, we use these numbers to place into the template in numerical order. Photos must also be colour corrected, manipulated, cropped and adjusted by you before sending to us on CD. We simply place photos into an existing iPhoto template of your choice which you stipulate at time of ordering. We do not apply any text to these pages, its simply a photo placing service.
Orders: Only upon the receipt of a confirmation email from Stellar Graphics that states your order has been uploaded successfully and that payment was successful, can you consider the order accepted and in production. In case you selected the option to send your completed file on a CD to us via post, this process will take longer. Once we receive your order and payment, the order cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever, and no refunds will be issued.
Copyright: Stellar Graphics will not be held liable for any copyright issues relating to your PhotoBook, you are solely responsible for all copyright issues concerning your order.
The Production Process: We print using the latest Konica-Minolta digital printing press which is the latest toner based machinery on the market today. This process is not designed to imitate a photographic print which you get in a digital photo lab, its designed to imitate the offset printing process. Sometimes slight marks or paper indentation from machine rollers may be visible on large areas of image coverage, these are normal occurences and are not considered production flaws and are not covered under warranty. If in any doubt ask us to post you a sample page which is an A4 page with an all over image printed exactly as your book would be.
Shipping Australian Orders: We ship Australia wide using Australia Post’s Express Post service and goods are delivered to your designated address. Please allow 3 working days or more from despatch to receive your order, most orders will be received within 10 working days. Shipping NZ and UK Orders: These orders are handled by Australia Post’s normal Air Mail service, and as such we do not track these shipments. Please allow 7 working days or more from despatch to receive your order, most orders will be received within 14 working days. Registered post is available at an extra cost if you wish.
Stellar Graphics does its best to complete and dispatch all orders within 7 working days from receipt. If for whatever reason delivery will be delayed we will email you, however a delay in delivery will not be accepted as a reason for an order cancellation or request for any form of compensation.
All PhotoBooks are professionally handled and packed in dedicated packaging to avoid any damage during delivery.
Warranty: We will replace your book or issue a refund on a return to depot basis for production flaws that are a result of the production process. We will not replace books that have mistakes that are the fault of the customer. Warranty is on a return to depot basis. Freight costs are not covered by this warranty. No claims whatsoever will be recognised after seven (7) days from you receiving your product or products.
If you need to make a warranty claim, please send an email to: contact@stellargraphics.com.au with "Warranty Claim" as the subject heading, then in your message please state the job number on your invoice, full name, address and phone number and the reason you are making a warranty claim and if you require a replacement item or a refund. We will email a reply to your claim within two (2) working days.

At Stellar Graphics, the protection of your Privacy is extremely
important to us and we are bound by and conform to the Australian
National Privacy Guidelines (which are part of the Privacy Act) and
also adhere to the Anti-Spam Regulations.

protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which
you can be identified when using this service, then you can be assured
that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Stellar Graphics may change this policy from time to time by updating
this page. You should check this page regularly to ensure that you are
happy with any changes. This policy is effective from July 2008.
What we collect: Personal data we collect is that which you
provide us with, information such as: Name, contact information
including email address, demographic information such as address and
post code, other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
and payment information for transactional purposes only.
What we do with the information: We require this information to
understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in
particular for the following reasons: Internal record keeping, we may
use the information to improve our products and services to our
customers, we may periodically send promotional emails about new
products, special offers or other information which we think you may
find interesting using the email address which you have provided, we
may use the information to customise the website according to your
interests.
Security: We are committed to ensuring that your information is
secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have
put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to
safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Credit card information is not provided to us directly, it is only
provided to PayPal Australia Pty Ltd, once a payment is authorised we
only receive the proceeds, not the information you provide them.
The information and files you provide Stellar Graphics are encrypted
with 128bit encryption, so that it can only be open and read by Stellar
Graphics. This is done to ensure that all your personal information,the
content of your PhotoBook or any other job, as well as your personal
details are secured.
Controlling your personal information: We will not sell,
distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless
we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use
your personal information to send you promotional information about our
own service.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you
under the Data Protection Act1998. A fee of $55 may be charged for this
service. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please
email: contact@stellargraphics.com.au. If you believe that any
information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please
write or email us as soon as possible to amend this.
This Service is an Australian website and your access to and use of the
service is subject to the laws of South Australia, Australia and the
parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that
state.You must ensure that your access to our service is legal by the
laws that apply to you.
